Our Vision
Our goal is to give back to local communities by donating a portion of our commission to schools, sports clubs, and community groups. These donations help fund things like new facilities, sports equipment, and school camps, providing children with the resources they need to grow into positive, community-minded individuals.
This is a special partnership between NEXA Real Estate and a chosen school or community group.
How It Works
When a family signs an Exclusive Agency Agreement with a NEXA Real Estate agent, they can choose a local school, sports club, or community group to receive a donation. After the property is sold, we donate 5% of our commission to the chosen recipient. In return, we ask the community group or school to recognize us as a sponsor at their events.
This is a win-win! It helps build stronger community connections, supports fundraising efforts, and enhances opportunities for children. Together, we can make a positive impact.
